The first phase of the production process consists in the process simulation, a step in which the potential problems of the mould are analysed before proceeding with manufacturing, thus preventing burns, deformations, contractions, bad connection lines and an imperfect compaction of the product.

In this phase, the mould is set up through a simulation process that allow to start the prototyping process. We design moulds for thermoplastic injection with innovative solutions aimed at reducing production costs.

The product industrialisation combines aspects related to analysis and prototyping with the product requirements, which are connected to the components and production cycles of each individual element. During this step we carry out multiple quality controls to meet the levels of performance required by the customer.

After defining the industrialisation process, we set the medium and long term mass production, so as to maintain a level of supply on the basis of customer needs.
